I am a young woman (31) and was traveling alone. I loved this hotel as I felt super safe. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They were able to assist with scheduling rides where ever I needed to go. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is walking distance to the beach, shops, and loads of restaurants. The hotel was super clean and overall a 10/10 stay. Would highly recommend!!

Chic and comfortable stay in a perfect location

Aeris was the perfect place to stay in Polignano. A family run business, the building was conveniently located, there is an elevator to the higher floors, the fresh cooked breakfast is incredible and our room was really beautiful and comfortable.

Excellent Hotel

Excellent hotel. Location was perfect. In walking distances of all main attractions. Located on a Main Street with access to drop of and pic up from hotel. The owners are a beautiful family that will attend to all your needs. The breakfast was very very good. The room was modern clean and had all the amenities needed to make your trip enjoyable. Over all it was an excellent choice .

My husband really likes room it’s bright and big, warm jacuzzi is a nice bonus after wild beach. However was annoyed to pay extras( if you have car park on street ) garage is far and expensive wish I knew before . But nice quick stay overall and town is just beautiful 😻

My sister and I were delighted to spend some time at this hotel. The room was very modern and bright and beautiful. The staff was the highlight, though. Bother the brother and the sister that worked there were so helpful and the sister took a LOT of time to help guide our journey through town. She indulged us on a million questions about Italy, the language, the town and things to do. Wonderful, wonderful time!

This is family run boutique hotel. They were very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was served as if you were at their houseguest. Made you feel like a family member. They respond quickly to requests and messages. I highly recommend this place if ever you are in Polignano. Great restaurant across from this place. Train station and the center are about 5 mins walk

Fantastic servie Aeris Suit & Relax hotel.

This is a new hotel that recently opened after renovating a maison that was over 300 years old. Luxurious interior, all clean and enough space at the room, cozy and comfortable spa facilities, fresh and high-quality breakfast served on the second floor terrace, and this family-run hotel is so friendly and beautiful. We were so grateful for celebrating our couple's special anniversary together. I hope that guests will respect the hotel and appreciate their excellent service. It was uncomfortable to see some guests being arrogant and directive. Enjoy your vacation, but please respect the country's culture and rules. If you are a good guest!

The hotel room suite 2 had construction work going from 7am on both mornings. During night a persistent mechanical , loud humming noise waa really annoying. Our room was not made up and there was no phone in room. The twp reception staff were lovely and very helpful though and location to town and station were ideal.
