「Das Haus liegt in einem Einzelhausviertel. Das Grundstück ist gross und gepflegt. ÖPNV ist gut ausgebaut. Ein grosser Supermarkt ist in 10 min mit Auto erreichbar, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fussläufig erreichbar.Viele Nachbarhäuser waren nicht bewohnt, so dass man davon ausgehen kann, dass diese auch vermietet werden. Am letzten Abend kam dann eine Jugendgruppe in die Nachbarschaft, die nahezu die Nacht durchgemacht hatte. An Schlaf war kaum zu denken.Aus den in der Nähe befindlichen Hotels...
