"The property is similar to a resort, more than a hotel. Which we loved. The outdoor dining and bar were very nice and the pool was deep. Lots of families - made you feel warm inside seeing everyone. The ONLY reason I gave it four stars is the air conditioning in the room would only go down to !8 degrees. With the hot sun - it was not cool enough. We had to close window drapes during the day (when we were not in the room) to help keep it cool. We called for maintenance thinking the air conditioning fan wasn't working well - no luck. Other than that, I recommend this resort."

"We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Bon Sol! We were traveling with our 21 month old and the staff was so accommodating and welcoming. We stayed in the family room which was very comfortable and fitted with all the amenities we needed to make things convenient - baby toiletries, towel and a rolling crib. The second bathroom was super helpful and allowed for additional flexibility with our little one. The view was also so beautiful! Everyone was so willing to help with our little one making sure we were good on milk and any special meals he preferred. We enjoyed pool time (although it does get deep quickly) with hotel-provided pool noodles. My husband and I were able to really enjoy the wet spa which was such a special treat and included with a quick phone reservation. The hotel was close to some restaurants but we had a car so that was helpful getting around Mallorca. Parking was also available, however, the lot was quite tight. Honestly - one of my favorite vacation stays!"

"The Hotel is very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a blocked shower our first night and it got fixed within 15 minutes. The pool area is stunning and drinks were very tasty especially the sangria. Breakfast was fab, so much choice and very fresh. I am coeliac and one of the waiter brought me out a Gluten Free basket of goodies. All in all we had a lovely 2 night stay and loved the rustic charm of the hotel and surrounding area."

"From the Champagne on arrival, to the made to order omelettes at breakfast to the restaurant recommendations by the staff. Our stay was marked by constant relaxation and kindness. The view from our balcony could have been slightly better prehaps, but other than that, everything was really lovely. We had a double room with the option for single beds, as I went with a friend. I didn't find this information clearly before booking, so I will state it here for a future guest; This bed option (single beds) took the form of two single beds pressed together, occupying the space of a double bed. They were next to eachother, but separate in both sheeting and bedding. Overall, the stay was wonderful."

"We’d stay here again. It was a good hotel for the price, and we were impressed with the breakfast. The suite on 7th floor came with such a lovely view and was beautifully decorated. We didn’t use the pool as we went to the beach every day. The rooftop cocktail bar and kitchen, serving street food type options, was beautiful and looked like a lovely place to spend an evening. Unfortunately, it was booked for private events on three of the four nights of our stay, so we only had the opportunity to enjoy it once. It would have been nice to have had more access to this facility during our stay. The main disappointment was the bed situation. We had two single beds with single sheets and asked every day for them to be made up as a double. Despite asking repeatedly, this still wasn’t done until the fourth time we asked, on our final day. We were quite unimpressed that such a simple request took four attempts and our entire stay to resolve. The staff were all lovely, though, and it seemed there had been some miscommunication rather than anyone deliberately ignoring the request. When we asked for the fourth time, the receptionist apologised and kindly gave us a free drinks voucher, which we appreciated. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and, despite the issue with the beds and the limited access to the rooftop, we would stay here again."
