「We had an incredible stay - Villa is prettier and bigger than in photos. Neighborhood is beautiful and sunset views were unforgettable. Beds were all kings and very comfortable. Water pressure and temperature fantastic. Rosa was so helpful and got us whatever we needed. We want to come back again!」

Die moderne Architektur, das schöne Grundstück, der großzügige Pool und die ruhige Lage bilden ein sehr gelungenes Gesamtpaket. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und bei Bedarf jederzeit erreichbar. Kann man wirklich sehr empfehlen. Gerne wieder 😊」

「Great villa with everything you need in a top location」

「Älteres Haus in ruhiger, ländlicher Lage bei Binissalem. Küche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet, auch eine Grundausstattung mit Gewürzen etc. war dort vorhanden. Der Pool (Luftmatratze und Schwimmtiere vorhanden!) und die Terrasse sind besonders gut. Ebenso gibt es einen großen Carport. Gäste mit kleinen Kindern finden auch Kinderbetten und einen abgeschatteten Spielplatz vor. Unsere Wünsche an das Haus: konstanter Wasserdruck, kein Stromausfall bei Regen, Insektengitter. Wir fahren...

「Die Lage erhöht über Peguera ist super. Die Villa mit ihren 6 Schlafzimmern, 6 Badezimmern, 4Küchen und 2 grossen Wohnzimmern ist genial. Der Wintergarten lädt auch bei frischen Abendtemparaturen ein, gemütlich zu verweilen. In der Umgebung gibt es verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und tolle Restaurants (insbesondere El patio de Bennu). Man kann ihr auch gut ohne Auto wohnen!」

「Das Haus war wunderschön und hatte alles was versprochen wurde, eher sogar besser als Online dargestellt. Die einzigen kleinen Problemen waren die Sauberkeit, welche etwas besser hätte sein können, aber noch im Rahmen war und die Kommunikation für die Übergabe des Schlüssels.」

「Quiet and nice, except for the diesel generator, which starts when the battery of the building is low. The building is not connected to the electricity grid. It runs for four hours, but you get used to it… Use the upper bathroom for warm showers. Small car a plus as the way up to the house is narrow. The pool is good for cooling down, less so for swimming (except for small kids who can swim…).」

「Die "Casa Julia" ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Super Lage, sehr ruhig und trotzdem schnell in der Stadt. Schöner Pool, Hollywoodschaukel, billiardtisch und volleyballfeld. Außerdem gibt es sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.」

「We have just got back from a lovely week! The villa is so nice, very clean and a really modern kitchen. The pool is definitely the best bit, it's a nice size and very clean. Carlos the owner was very responsive to any queries we had. There is a photo of a bath in the pictures but there is no bath there. The only thing I would say is if you are taking a baby then bring a travel cot and maybe a travel highchair but apart from that, 5 star! Thank you for a lovely stay.」

「Lovely house where the breeze always blows through the trees. Great swimming pool. Birds in the mornings. The road to Porreres or Llucmajor is really nice and it only takes a few minutes. Central location makes it easy to get to other points on the island, too.」

「We stayed for a week with a group of friends and had a really good time here! Everything was clean, communication with the agency was easy and the garden with pool is really worth to spend the day! A bus/taxi stop and especially a very good equipped supermarket is a 2 minutes walk from the house! Would definitely stay here again!」

「最高のロケーションです。徒歩数十秒でビーチに行けて、付近にレストランも沢山あります。パルマ市内まで出るのであればバス若しくはタクシーが便利でした。 プールも清潔で文句ありません。 部屋は見事なオーシャンビュー。。。 毎朝起きるたびに幸せな気分になりました。」
