「Easily one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The room condition was unacceptable, and management's handling of the situation made it even worse. Ant Infestation: Within hours of checking in, we noticed ants crawling across the countertops, floors, and nightstand. We had ZERO open food or drinks in our room. It was completely unhygienic and made it impossible to feel comfortable. We notified the front desk immediately and we were declined a room change because the hotel was full....
