Beautiful condo located on the top floor of Oceanica famous condominium complex in the heart of Flamingo. Walking distances from the beach, Marina Flamingo, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, supermarket, rent a car or golfcart, tour operators, others. The condominium is full equipped with all the comfort your own house has plus a great Pacific Ocean View.
Condominios Oceanica is a well-known complex, secure, friendly, with a perfect location.

This place was amazing and I would definitely book again and recommend it to friends. It was very spacious for 6 of us (4 adults, 2 school age kids). Sparking clean, short walking distance to one of the best beaches with powder soft sand, gorgeous views, quiet and secure. Tonnes of storage, numerous bath and beach towels. I’ve never been to a VRBO that provided so many amenities: water, orange juice, milk and a tray of snacks on arrival. Also, they provided cooking oil, vinegars, spices, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, soap. One of the best VRBOs I’ve stayed at. Monica was excellent for communication and checkin/checkout was easy. Lastly, I used another reviewers picture landmarks to find the place - thanks for that!

Excellent place. The view was spectacular and not a far walk at all to the beach. It really was only a couple minutes. The place was spacious and clean and well stocked. They had welcome snacks and water. Plenty of beach towels with beach mats and chairs. Within walking distance to a few shops and restaurants. We had a rental car and was able to drive to the local supermarket. I wish we would have explored some of the local towns. The beaches were wonderful. I would stay here again and highly recommend. The host was easy to reach and even checked in to make sure all was good. Great place, great experience.

Where do I begin? From the moment we stepped into this property, all our wishes and needs were met. The view was indescribable, and we were lucky to walk into the condo just a short time before sunset. If you are also lucky enough to rent this property, you will understand what I mean. The view was a vision from left to right and from every room. Everything we needed for us and our 4 children, was right at our fingertips. The location was so convenient and we could walk to all the necessities required, which included restaurants, convenience and grocery stores.The few minute walk to the marina, while grabbing an ice cream along the way, was the perfect end to our perfect day. Any kitchen utensil, dish or glass we needed, was readily available in the condo The beds were by far some of the comfiest beds we have ever slept in, with high quality mattresses and bed sheets. Air conditioners were ample and in every room, which were all individually controlled to ensure everyone was comfortable. We were greeted with an array of welcome goodies, which came in handy. The pool was convenient and clean with ample chairs. It was great way to cap off a day of excursions. Monica was always quick to reply to my messages with any question I had, which were minor inquires.This was by far one of the best vacations we have had with our kids, and this property added to that. We would recommend this property over and over again and we can’t wait to stay here again.

Beautiful condo, great location, highly recommend. I have added some pictures to help you navigate to the condo entrance as that was our only, small, issue. The hosts were fantastic and quick to respond. The condo has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay plus some welcoming treats! If you want to experience Playa Flamingo this is the place to do it!Pura Vida

When you see JP's restaurant take the next right turn. This road will curve around to the entrance.

Had a great stay ! The condo has a fantastic view and was very clean. Check-in was easy, had some nice refreshments available, and was only a short walk to the marina and beach as long as you can handle the steep hill. My only suggestion is some TV's could use an upgrade but everything did work. Hope to come back soon and the country and people are very nice.

This is an exceptional property with gorgeous views of Flamingo Bay, sunsets every night, and just a wonderful layout. The kitchen was well stocked, the pool was amazing and it was safe. Very clean, great washer and dryer and all the things you would need. 5 minute walk down to the ocean, lots of choices for meals out and just a beautiful location and building. Monica, our contact there who helps check you in, lives there and is incredibly kind and helpful regarding any questions about the unit or the area. Highly recommend.

Perfect Stay!

This condo was the perfect place for our family of 6 to end our stay in Costa Rica. The views from the balconies were amazing as were the sunsets. The condo was stocked with plenty of supplies including some snacks, coffee and milk. Great communication too! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful family vacation, plenty of space for our family of 5. The master bedroom on ocean side was wonderful to listen to the waves and enjoy the view, and the view from the second bedroom was also great towards the marina, and made for great breezes through the condo when the 2nd bedroom patio door and deck open. Sunsets from deck also great. Convenient for many restaurants nearby. Had one issue with AC unit needing coolant in 3rd bedroom during our stay, and manager very helpful immediately and had it fixed within a few hours, even able to leave security guard with key so didn’t have to stay around for it. Kitchen had nice pans to cook. Water drinkable from the fridge. No dishwasher, but washer and dryer worked great, and nice to be able to clean up at outside shower when coming from the beach. The local people are very friendly and we always felt safe. We would love to come and stay again sometime!

Oceanica is a wonderful location. Beautiful view of ocean and convenient to shopping! My only negative was lack of hot water. This was our second stay at Oceanica and will stay again. Our host, Monica, was very helpful and great to work with.

Well cared for condo within walking distance to everywhere!

This is a great, well kept condo just a short walk from town. We enjoyed evenings watching the sunset from the balcony and enjoying stunning views. When we arrived the condo was very hot (ac hadn't been turned on and doors were all shut) but we quickly turned on the AC units and it cooled down quickly. The floors were also very dirty when we arrived but a quick call had a cleaning staff there first thing the next morning to remedy the situation. The property manager was fabulous at communicating and responded so promptly to all questions and concerns. The only true oddity about this condo was lack of supplies. You have to bring EVERYTHING with you. We travel all over the world and are pretty used to basic supplies in the places we stay. So just know that you have to bring everything with you. Bathroom supplied only a bar of soap in shower and a hand soap at sink. NO shampoo, conditioner or body wash, so just be sure to pack your own. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you need to cook, but if you do like to cook you will need oil, salt and pepper etc as these also are not supplied. First time in costa rica (our 7th trip here) where even coffee wasn't supplied. Not a huge deal just know that if you want to cook you will have to start from scratch. The pool area is beautiful. Lots of comfy loungers and a nice shady area if you don't want to bake in the sun. Pool water is quite cold, but nice to put your feet in for a cool off. All in all a great place!
