We have stayed here in the past and had a wonderful experience. This time using the owner side through VRBO, we did not have the same experience. We had ants almost every day in our bar area and bathroom, which we had to call about 4 times. Nothing was done as a nice gesture for our inconvenience, which was disappointing.

Stay away until the construction is over!

We rented this beautiful unit and paid a premium price for it. My whole family came with us to Cabo to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. The unit and the resort are both beautiful. However there is construction going on right in front of this unit and there was so much noise right in front of us, not to mention a huge pile of dirt obstructing half of the view. Our beautiful patio was completely useless from early in the morning until late afternoon until the construction worker stopped working. Our children taking a nap in the afternoon was made impossible by the construction noise. We tried to reach out to the management company at checkin and they told us that’s The only unit they manage and we couldn’t switch. They did not give us a break in the price and said they had no control over construction and were very unsympathetic. Also be aware that this resort charges for housekeeping. We were not aware of that until at checkout when they were trying to slap on an additional bill for making the beds in the morning and housekeeping which is included in most resorts. After lot of back and forth, the resort reversed those charges, however Had we not said anything they were going to charge us for housekeeping! Again, the resort was very beautiful, and everyone who worked there was very professional. Although I will never booked with Be Mexico management company and their manager Miguel.
