Llegamos al lugar donde nos marcaba la ubicación las personas no sabían dónde era el lugar, varias personas nos hicieron favor de llamar a los números que apetecen y nadie contestó. Duramos más de 4 horas dando vueltas para encontrar el lugar y nadie contestó. No pudimos llegar y por ende no teníamos donde hospedarnos y llevábamos niños "

"It was our first trip to Los Cabos and we stayed at HyattZiva. We really had a blast. Highly recommended. Look no where else. Food, kids activities, entertainment activities and staff, all staff (everyone was so welcoming, warm, always checking on you, Jose, Axel, Ertega, Margarita, Utibes, Paulo to name a few). We stayed in recently renovated building. Room was awesome with balcony and direct Ocean view. Pool was very clean, fish tacos everyday and just awesome. You can order coconuts (extra charge). Pick up from airport was smooth (20 minutes ride). We booked travel with less car service. On time pick up and drop and super clean car and safe. Highly recommended to do camel ride and ATV or UTV activities. Dinner cruise highly recommended and private boat tour to arch."

"The cape was an absolute terrific choice for my wife and I to have a vacation at. The staff was amazing, you will not find a better view than the view that you get at this hotel. The balcony with the rocking loveseat was a massive hit and the Cape has probably the best pool I’ve ever seen and I travel all the time. Hanging over the edge of the pool really feels like you’re in the middle of the ocean as well. Gym was fantastic, ability to do bench/back squats/front squats with barbell equipment. I want to also give massive accolades to the staff who were very attentive and helpful throughout.."

It was easy to Uber to both Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo where the cuisine, shopping, and nightlife were excellent. I would highly recommend the Hilton Los Cabos."

"We had a great time at this dreams hotel, the staff were excellent and they made the whole experience better. The food was good (wouldn’t say excellent, especially the buffet) the restaurants were good. Overall, I would go back."

"Outstanding service, great pools, Talay and Morea were are favorite restaurants, Mezcal not so much, the staff is very well staffed, and all the restaurants and coffee shop a 15% gratuity is added automatically and a 16% tax. It’s in pesos however they give you the dollar amount so you don’t have to have any guest work on how much it actually cost you. Breakfast for two was around $100. Dinner could be 100 to 200 that does not include any drinks. Overall I think reasonable for a high-end Cabo experience. The beach sand is a little grainy but it’s not a problem. The bay is beautiful and good for swimming."
