Leider hat das Objekt nicht überzeugt, da die Ausstattung vergleichsweise spartanisch ist. Diese Beurteiöung kann ich treffen, da ich bereits in 6 anderen Häusern in drr Mittelweide zu Gast war. Es fehlen in der Küche Besteckeinsätze, sowie Geräte wie Mikrowelle odet Eierkocher. Die Backofeneinsätze sind stark eingebrannt, genauso wie die Töpfe nicht sauber waren. Alles sehr lieblos. Das gilt leider auch für den Rest des Hauses das durch ein langweiliges Einheitsgrau keine gute Stimmung fördert. Die Bettauflagen und Matratzen sind mitvdiversen Haaren von Vorgängern so eklig verschmutzt, das man schon beim Bett beziehen diesen Zustand ausblenden muss. Ein verrosteter Wäscheständer den man auf sem Balkon wohl vergessen hat ist auch nicht mehr nutzbar. Vielleicht wäre eine grundsätzliche Prüfung aller Zustände durch den Eigentümer einmal hilfreich. Die Bewertung kann in diesem Fall leider nicht besser ausfallen. Meine Wahl wird bei meinem nächsten Besuch jedenfalls wieder ein anderes Objekt in der Mittelweide sein.

Kurzurlaub über Himmelfahrt

Die Ferienbude am Deich ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren insgesamt 3 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Besonders für die Kinder war es sehr schön, da sie durch die Terrasse mit Garten viel Platz zum Spielen und Toben hatten.

Schönes Haus, sehr ruhige Lage

Uns hat das Foto oben aus dem Dachfenster irritiert (wir dachten dort wäre ein Balkon), leider ist es nur ein Raum. Ansonsten ist das Haus mit eingezäunten Grundstück schön, Kind kann alleine draußen spielen...Allerdings ist die Treppe im Haus mit kleinkind (bei uns gerade 3,5 Jahre) sehr begehrt beim Kind, was bei steinfliesen Boden bei den Eltern eher nicht so gut kommt (eventuell kann man da klemmgitter in einem Abstellraum bereit legen).Lage ist eher ruhig, keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Infos zwecks Müllabfuhr wären hilfreich, wann und wie die Tonnen wohin gestellt werden /sollen. Vermieter ist richtig super, nett und freundlich...gerne bei ihm wieder...

Ein super schönes Haus, es war gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das einzige was eventuell gefehlt hat, war etwas mehr Information zb wo der Müll entsorgt wird. Kommen gerne wieder.

Modernes Ferienhaus an der Nordsee

Ferienhaus der Extraklasse. Stylisch, schick und super ausgestattet mit Kamin, Sauna und offener Wohnküche. Alles noch ganz neu. Lage etwas außerhalb vom Büsum, direkt am Deich. Man ist fußläufig in ca. 5 Minuten am Grünstrand. Bei unserem Aufenthalt im Februar wurde im Wohngebiet noch viel gebaut. Vom Baulärm war im Haus selbst nichts zu hören. Sehr freundliche und schnelle Rückmeldung des Vermieters. Der Check-In erfolgt kontaktlos und somit sehr unkompliziert.
