"The room was not equipped w/ any utensils or dishes at all. The saving grace that made the stay somewhat decent were the front end people running the show. Besides that the property is in rough shape and the room had holes on the walls, cracking on the furniture, and they even left me a half used bottle of shampoo. The ice machine on the floor we stayed at did not work, let alone the ice bucket had no plastic liner available and to top it off, there was mold growing in there. This property has a lot of potential and is safe and quiet at night."

"I was really surprised with this hotel. It was clean, large room, comfortable bed. Lady at counter was so nice, she put us right next to the pool. Building looked clean and tidy. Minir complaints would be it needs a bit of updating with furniture. The lighting could be better, and even though it was clean, the bathtub and area needs replacement. Honestly, not 5 star, but definitely a nice place to stay thats economical. Ive def stayed in worse. I would recommend this hotel, and next time i go ill definitely be looking at booking here!"

"We had an excellent stay at Spectrum Resort Villas—definitely a 5-star experience for us. The 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo was outstanding. Very modern design with a cool, upscale feel, and the layout was perfect for our family. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which made a big difference for comfort and privacy. The three king-sized beds were large and extremely comfortable—everyone slept well. One of the highlights was the patio backing onto the golf course. It was a great spot to relax in the mornings and evenings—quiet, scenic, and peaceful. We also really enjoyed the giant clubhouse pool. It’s a beautiful space and a great place to unwind. The only downside, if anything, was that the resort felt a bit quiet at times—especially for our teenagers. We would have liked to see a few more organized events or activities to keep that age group engaged. Overall, though, we loved it and would absolutely return."

"I was there 3 minutes and left. Foul odor, mold, & drug paraphernalia. There was a homeless man sleeping under the stairs. I asked for my money back since I wasn’t staying and all of the sudden she didn’t speak English. The place looked out of a horror movie 100% Do Not recommend! In fact RUN! "

"Great property. The room was small and did have a connecting door where I was able to hear the neighbors conversation from time to time. The rooms are dated, but they are fine. The place is very lit up and night and they do have security. Everyone has to wear a wristband so security knows if you’re not supposed to be there so it’s a safe location. "

"The room that was refurbished shower did not drain properly door to outside balcony was not properly secure, lock broken, dirty carpet in throughout lobby, hall ways and stairs. I was lucky I was in a room that was recently updated but still had the had the above mention issues. Pictures on the Internet does not give a true representation and condition of this property. I do not recommend anyone staying there ."
