Centre of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk - Newly refurbished flat with parking space.
Offering one spacious and comfortable bedroom, kitchen with breakfast bar, bathroom and large sitting room with dining table. Located in the centre of the historic market town of Bury St Edmunds, just a minutes walk from the market place and town centre restaurants and amenities. This lovely ground floor flat is available for your visit to Suffolk. Within walking distance to the Theatre Royal and Apex concert venue.

Ground floor spacious apartment, own door (no communal area) and parking space located next to the flat. This lovely Victorian property has been completely refurbished and furnished to a high standard. The bedroom is a generous size, with a double bed and has an extra single fold up bed. Double sofa bed located in the sitting room to accommodate another couple or children . Very comfortable and accessible accommodation.

Access to flat from own entrance to side of property.

Guest support available 24/7. Access via lockbox with code.

A minute from the centre of this historic town and the medieval grid.

Bury St Edmunds town centre is easily accessible by car from the A14 (1.5 hours from London) and by train. Property is a short walk to the station.

Double sofa bed in sitting room.
Space ideal for a couple, will accommodate two couples or family easily.
Parties are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is strictly prohibited, including vaping and e-cigarettes.

Please remove outdoor shoes. Put all rubbish in correct bin outside (at rear of property) when you leave. Please do not use front door onto street - use the side entrance and keep front door locked at all times.
Extra guests are not allowed unless advised otherwise.

This is your home away from home, please care for it as such.

Please make sure to lock the door and shut all the windows when leaving the property. Use the key safe at the end of your stay to deposit the keys safely back.

Please do not use the front door onto Well Street, use the side door at all times.

Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them

Second time we stayed there. The host was attentive but couldn’t fix the smoke alarms that went off numerous times each night. It put quite a damper on the stay
