I loved Iwakuni. It was quiet and very very clean.






Though Hashirano might not have many top sights, you can venture to the surrounding area to see attractions like Iwakuni Park and Kintaikyo Bridge.

The room was spotless and the staff were extremely courteous. Definitely recommend

Breakfast is phenomenal, cleaning is fantastic, and front desk staff is amazing. This is my second time using this hotel and I will continuously do so everytime I visit Japan. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The change with the initial reservation caused some confusion despite communicating this to staff well in advance. When returning to the rooms after a long day we could not access them with new codes provided earlier in the day. Communication with staff after hours was extremely frustrating as foreigners ...

If I really wanted to be picky I’d note that I personally prefer a firm bed and these beds were very very fluffy. But otherwise I loved the room. Clean. Functional. Good location
