「As far as the cleanliness of the property, it was so-so. The staff did not go out of their way to be kind or helpful. Aside from the individual maintaining the breakfast area, most of the staff did not look up when you entered or exited the premises. The lady managing the breakfast area was rude and would actively get in your way to replenish items to clean around the stations. For the cost, it was what was expected.」

「As a guest services coordinator with Marriott I can assure you that Hart House is a treasure to anyone traveling the Empire State Trail. The bicycle themed rooms are super unique with even the finest details not missed to assure an immersive experience. All additional essential amenities are covered, so whatever you left at home is available here. A gem.」

「Good price, I know 3 stars shouldn't expect much. I like the newly renovated bathroom. I don't like they put the air- conditioner next to the bed, either turn it off or too extreme temperature in the room. Besides there is a fly in the room, we can't get rid of, how can it come inside the room, especially outside is 50's F°. The stay all I love only the complimentary breakfast, it's so good.」

「The keyless lock at the front was a little touchy and it took multiple tries sometimes. It’s a 2-step code which can be an issue if your finger isn’t exactly on the right spot. Also no elevator with lots of steps to 2nd floor. Everything else was great.」

「Great view!! Very clean and well cared for.」
