「I was unable to check in because the hotel cancelled all reservations for that weekend.I was informed that all refunds were issued and emails were sent out informing of cancellation. I did not receive an email informing me if the cancellation and I am still waiting for a refund. The host is not from the United States and they do not respond to emails. O top of everything else I noticed I was double charged for this booking as well. Very disappointed.」
