「We enjoyed our stay at this property and found everything to be very tidy, clean and neat. The property was in a great location, to access everywhere in Christchurch city and the street was lovely and quiet. Communication was fantastic from the property owner. My husband did find the beds firmer than he preferred. The only thing that let this property down is not being told before we arrived that the laundry was outside. We had to walk around the side of the house to access it and got wet...

「This property is in an excellent location - so central to everything and close to Hagley Park, which was perfect for our dogs daily walk. The house was clean and warm. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with the owners was excellent. We highly recommend and hope to be back to stay.」

「Frances was more accommodating than any host we’ve encountered in any country. She met us upon arrival, explained a few things, made two restaurant reservations for us, changed one on the day of, provided directions, rebooted internet immediately, and left cream for our coffee. She even had fresh flowers throughout the house. Her place is a perfect location to sit and watch all the port and harbor activity, walk to several restaurants and cafes, but easy to take tunnel into Christchurch....

「Clean and tidy property. Nice welcome, with both the heat pump and lights on. The bedroom doesn't have blackout blinds so if you're sensitive to light remember to pack an eye mask ;0). We had a car, and finding a park nearby was quite difficult. There are a few eateries nearby which is handy, but also quite a lot of street noise on the Friday and Saturday nights - particularly from the bar next door (but not too bad after midnight). 」

「We really liked the 3 storey townhouse. If there were any issues, they were dealt with promptly. Only tricky bit was parking, as it was a battle to find a park before 3pm. 」
