Some examples: - The air conditioning did not work and the temperature reading on the thermostat was 26 degrees. They said they could not help, as their technical department was off duty. 「We had a wonderful stay in this room. The view of the sea is simply stunning, and the surroundings are very quiet and peaceful, making it perfect for relaxing. The food was excellent, with a great variety and delicious flavors. The road leading to the property is narrow and uphill, but it is definitely worth it, as it doesn’t diminish the overall experience in any way. The staff were friendly and attentive, and everything was clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend this place to anyone...

「This hotel was 200/100. We had a special occasion in Montenegro and notified the hotel in advance - they made us feel so special. Excellent customer service, cleanliness, free drinks, room decor, free bus rides to tourist sites - everything was spectacular! What I loved most was the views - you get to see the sun rise against the sea. It was also very peaceful and not crowdy when we went. Will definitely return if we find ourselves here again and would recommend 100%. 」

「It was pretty hot when we were there and there was only Aircon in the living room and not the bedroom, which wasn't ideal. There are no shutters on the windows, only thin blinds and curtains so we struggled to keep the apartmemt cool. We had one fan and asked for another but it never came. The balcony is also in full sun all afternoon with no shade so was too hot out there to use until the sun went down. The kitchen was ok but only a 2 ring hob so not great for any real cooking. 「Even it is raining or cold out side, there are alot of enjoyable things to do within the hotel, inside pool, casino and buffet. 」

「We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Budva. The hotel and the rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet. The sea and bay view was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Breakfast was fresh and delicious as well. The only downside was parking. It could sometimes be difficult to find a place to park, as the hotel has only two private parking spots.」

「Amazing hotel—everything is new, stylish, and spotless. Perfect location, great food, fantastic staff. If there were a “sixth star,” I would give it without hesitation: after I accidentally left my wallet in the room, the staff went above and beyond by personally bringing it all the way to the airport. Also, cleanliness and serenity of the place was also nice and the staff were incredible, especially the lady that served us in the restaurant on our first night, I didn’t get the name but she really stood out despite the language barrier, she genuinely wanted us to be satisfied. And the receptionist on duty on Saturday that helped us get French fries with our buffet on request. We had a great time in the hotel generally. Thank you 」
