「The location was beautiful quiet back street large compound. We had breakfast each Which was filling. The laundry service did not provide a dryer so our clothes took several days to dry. People were very courteous and helpful, but the surroundings were beautiful.」

Compared to the room we originally booked, the rooms we were given did not have a microwave, an electric kettle, or a sink, which made our stay quite inconvenient. 「This hotel seems to be run by scammers. It does not actually exist in Iganga...it is actually in the Masese area of Jinja. It is about 6 miles from Jinja and 20 miles from Iganga so I think its wrong for them to claim that the hotel is in Iganga. We had a very stressful time trying to find this hotel after arriving in Iganga. Luckily we were able to find another hotel in Iganga. Hotels.com were useless in trying to get us our refund after we had pre-paid for this hotel. They never gave me any...
