"This condo rental was clean and spacious, especially for France. The area was lovely and the heated roof top pool was amazing. The front desk ladies were miserable to deal with. They were rude and condescending when asked about the pool and the set up for recycling and garbage. They were equally rude in both French and English encounters. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay. "

"It was everything as advertised. A heated pool would have been better and special lamps to zap the mosquitoes as an idea for future renters. Refrigerator with ice making capability was a huge surprise and the greatest, most appreciated, feature! (funny to say but true). No coffee drip machine but coffee percolators (discovery for most Americans). Good space for 6 of us! Will consider renting the same villa every year. "

"We enjoyed our visit very much. We liked breakfast with the amazing view to the sea every day. The apartment has everything you need and also the pool is just a few steps to walk away. A nice beach was just 15 minutes away and for those who like to see Monaco and Nizza it’s easy to reach via train, if you don’t want to search for a parking spot."

"Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr sehr klein und geht über 2 Etagen. Die Küche unten ist eine "Einbahnstraße". Beim Kochen war es sofort sehr heiß in der Wohnung. Das Bad war winzig, aber ok, hätte sauberer sein können. Die beiden Schlafzimmer oben sind geräumig. Das eine ist ein Durchgangszimmer mit Klappbetten. Matratzen sind aber ok. Klimaanlage funktioniert gut und kühlt beide Schlafräume oben. Allerdings oberer Balkon kaum nutzbar da Tür wegen Klinaanlage verschlossen bleiben musste. Unterer...

Il n'était pas précisé dans l'annonce qu'entre le lieu de stationnement et la maison, il y a environ dix minutes de marche, sur un chemin difficilement accessible pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, ce qui est le cas de l'une des personnes partie avec nous. "Immaculately clean and well-equipped apartment with good internet and smart TVs in all rooms. Good quality (and quiet) air conditioning throughout and was much needed. Pool was clean and well looked after. Hosts live upstairs and were kind and helpful. Only drawback is the A8 motorway which can obscure the beautiful view of the valley and does have some noise which is only heard when outside the property. We had a great stay!"

"We had a lovely stay for six nights. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Hotel is ideally located for the old town and short walk to Menton Garavan station. The beach is just across the road. We had to leave a day earlier than planned due to a family emergency at home but the receptionist and manager were extremely helpful and understanding and we were not charged for the 7th night. We were very grateful for their consideration. We would definitely stay again and can recommend."

Wonderful Stay

"Excellent stay with beautiful sea view from our room. The location is perfect with lots of restaurants around. Staff was courteous and willing to go the extra mile with our requests. Breakfast was basic - coffee with a view of the ocean was the perfect start to our day. I would definitely go back."
