8.8/10 Excellent! (465 reviews)
The room was very big which was nice but it was lacking appropriate furniture like a sitting chair or couch. It was half empty and the balcony had two plastic chairs. For the price and the Crowne I expect better. Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Early check in was good as we were attending an event.
