「We were pleased with the property, titled "Renovated retreat with large deck, fireplace, & washer/dryer - dog-friendly - Drew Valley Villa". It was a convenient location to visit our daughter who attends South College. Although it is an older home, the renovations were nice. I consider myself a picky person and worry about cleanliness. 「Pros: property is in a gated community with a lovely pool and the property owner was very communicative and helpful during the hiccups with our stay. Cons: the A/C was not working when we arrived, but the owner graciously provided fans to alleviate the heat. Cons: The apartment was not very clean upon arrival. There were bottles in the fridge and crumbs on the floor of the kitchen. The AC being out and then the electricity being out upon our arrival the second day was an unfortunate scenario...
