「This was absolutely breath taking. The scenery is to die for. The trip to the river is a must. Shout out to our tour guy Juan and Natalia the receptionist. She made everything so easy. This trip is exactly what I needed. 」

「Lovely hotel, the rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff was wonderful and incredibly patient and helpful with the clients. The restaurant was quiet, the food was delicious and the priced were really good. The staff of both the hotel and restaurant were BY FAR the best asset of the hotel. I would definitely book this hotel next time I visit to Cali.」

「立地とサービスは良いが、ホテルの建物が古い。シャワーの水圧がとても弱く、熱いお湯が出ない。お湯の温度はいつもぬるい。」

「I was supposed to receive free breakfast, that is one of the main reasons why I booked the property, but I was told by staff that I have to pay a fee and I was charged all three days I stayed. I ended up ordering from RAPPI which is their version of door dash which was much better!」

「Las atenciones fueron de primera en especial de parte de el encargado muy atento , amable , buen trato , me encantó realmente las atenciones y la propiedad . Volvería !!」

「Considering the recent earthquake, I can understand the renovation being done on the property, but I did not like the location. Also, there were too many lights on in the room - TV, Air-conditioner, The property is not well kept.」

「The first day we got there to shower didn’t work did not drain. Bathroom got flooded. Breakfast is sad for Colombian hotel. It’s very sad. There are a few options out of coffee went out of milk not a good experience. The gym is a joke. The rooms are clean with plenty of room overall look for a better option even if you pay more.」

「Excelente servicio」

「Was amazing. Very friendly and 5 star No spa Gym was weak Pool was like a fountain and not really one I would swim in. Value was definitely overpriced for what I paid. Rest was awful. Morning breakfast we 2 stars of 5 Would not recommend this place to travelers looking for peace and quiet. The crickets outside were so loud I could not get any rest or sleep peacefully. So annoying. Tv had no service and their sound system iPad was 10 years old and barely worked. Place needs a...

「The included Breakfast is not good, very limited.」

「⭐ 1/5 — Worst Experience Ever at Casa Aurora! Extremely disappointing experience! We had no internet throughout our entire stay, and the management showed absolutely no concern or urgency to resolve the issue. What made matters worse was the dishonesty. We were offered a refund, which influenced our decision to stay, only for management to go back on their word. They later admitted that they had known the internet wasn’t working from the very beginning but failed to inform us before our...
