We were there for 5 nights. It is a small hotel as a result we got to know the 3 rotating receptionist. All ere very helpful with good English. Room was a good size and clean. The included breakfast was simple but enough to get you going for day. We enjoyed our stay there.

We had a wonderful stay at Glu. The hotel is very clean and quiet, the staff is extremely friendly and made sure to accommodate any needs. The hotel features a nice little backyard where we liked to hang out at night over a glass of wine. We had to leave one big luggage at the hotel while we took a 2 nights trip to Ushuaia and the staff at Glu was more than happy to accommodate and store the luggage upon our return. We really appreciate the help for keeping our belongings safe. Definitely recommend this hotel and will book again next time in Buenos Airs

Great place

The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. I would absolutely stay again. The rooms were very worn but clean. Super safe, someone at front desk to let you in 24/7. Housekeeping were kind and professional as well. Truly amazing staff all around.

The staff is fantastic! Helpful, friendly, professional. I can’t say enough. The room was great. Always clean. We were surprised to find a spacious balcony with two chairs and a table. Pefct for enjoying a pre dinner cocktail The hotel is small, only a few rooms so the service is so personal. We loved the breakfast options and are hooked on the mezzilunas! There are so many ways to enjoy the Palermo area within walking distance. The restaurant recommendations from the staff were 10/10. When we come back to Buenos Aires this will be our first choice or a hotel.
