The water was brown and there was no hot water. The key and code to the first room they gave us didn’t work and we had to go down twice to explain that. The a/c also didn’t work well.

Very Poor Room Conditions

The room was dirty, and the bed sheets had stains, some even with cigarette burn marks. The shower was completely faulty and not working properly at all. Very disappointing experience.

Ese hotel NO ES 4 ESTRELLAS, todo es muy malo, la atención, las instalaciones, el desayuno...y además con un check out a las 10 hs, creo que no lo vi en ningún hotel.

Pampa Plaza Hotel, em Buenos Aires,uma decepcão.

Nossa estadia no Pampa Plaza foi uma grande e irritante decepcão. Tivemos que ir ao Ministério de Turismo para reclamar de uma taxa de 21% que o hotel estava nos cobrando. O gerente fez o reembolso, contrariado. Sua justificativa, nada profissional, foi que o hotel não estava adaptado para fazer a restituicão dessa tarifa. Isso é problema do hotel e não dos hóspedes.Disse ainda que estavam informando por ocasião da entrada que não disponham de mecanismos para fazer o reembolso e que os hóspedes poderiam ficar a vontade para abrir mão da reserva e procurar outro hotel. Absolutamente ridículo. Fomos para participar de um evento que aconteceu em 15 out e que envolvia mais de 10 mil pessoas vindas de diversos países de todo o mundo. Na sexta feira, dia de nossa chegada já não havia vaga nem embaixo das pontes, quanto mais em algum alojamento. Nunca mais porei os pés nesse hotel. Além disso os recepcionistas eram desinformados e mal humorados.

La atencion del hotel malisima, no quisieron tener en cuenta la reserva q habia hecho x expedia y querian cobrarme 3 veces mas del precio q en internet decia q salia el hotel. Para nada recomendable

Hotel con aparts estándar un poco caro

Vinimos a pasar un fin de semana. Casi no estuvimos en el hotel. Los aparts tienen cocina, heladera y microondas que se pueden aprovechar más en una estadía más prolongada.

Contratamos el servicio entre otras cosas por la pileta climatizada, pero al llegar nos damos con que estaba en reparacion sin ningun aviso previo ni intencion de recompensa alguna por la falta de este servicio.

Para dormir nada mas..

Es un hotel para dormir nada mas. Deben colocar en la reserva q se debe pagar toda la estadia al llegar. Mucho descuido del mobiliario de Las habitaciones. Deben darle un poco mas de mantenimiento a la piscina. poca variedad en el desayuno.

Definitivamente volvería.

Excelentes cuatro noches en el Pampa Plaza Hotel. La amabilidad y atención de los chicos de la recepción es un punto a destacar. Siempre había alguien dispuesto a cumplir con su tarea. Ubicado en una zona muy linda y con buenos restaurants y atracciones para disfrutar. El desayuno abundante. Pileta climatizada, gym las 24 horas. Uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me he hospedado.
