Séjour à Buenos Aires

Hôtel très bien situé, nous avons reçu un très bon accueil et le personnel a été d'une gentillesse exemplaire. Nous avons passé deux jours à cet hôtel et le service est impeccable et ils nous ont aidé pour le transport de nos activités. Bref petit hôtel très propre

Las Cepas es mui bueno!!!

Hotel bem localizado, próximo ao centro de Buenos Aires e demais pontos turísticos. Fomos recepcionados por Daniel, que por sinal foi muito atencioso, bem como as demais pessoas que nos auxiliaram na recepção durante a estadia com ligações e chamadas de táxi. O quarto é confortável, com climatização, ducha com banheira água quente e agradável e a limpeza era feita todos os dias. A adega de vinhos é muito boa. Somente sugeriria o café da manhã variar ao longo da estadia, pois não alterava o cardápio, mas em momento algum prejudica a estadia dos hospedes.

Excelente atendimento, fui recebido pela Carla que foi muito prestativa no primeiro dia, acertando o Wi-Fi e sobre o adaptador de tomada, tirando todas as dúvidas, as acomodações são muito boas, hotel de muita qualidade mesmo, recomendo muito, sobre o café não posso falar pois não estava incluso na minha reserva, a única coisa ruim não é culpa do hotel, e sim dá cidade mesmo, o centro e meio sinistro a noite, pouco movimento, nada que tire a excelência do hotel... tem policiais por toda parte a pe em toda madrugada. Para mim foi uma ótima experiência, e quando voltar a Buenos Aires com certeza me hospedarem lá!

hotel muy limpio y excelente ubicación y zona

la atención de los trabajadores excelente, la habitación súper cómoda y amplia, baño amplio con tina, los servicios adicionales como catas, spa son geniales, el WIFI es un poco lento y a veces pierde conexión pero igual puedes estar siempre conectado. Relación calidad-precio muy buena. Excelente ubicación para comer, sitios turísticos, y también cercano a muchas vías de transporte.

Hotel limpio; cómodo; confortable.

Super recomendable este Hotel, desde que llegamos con mi pareja la pasamos super bien. Buena atención, limpieza, y siempre a disposición del huésped. Lo único que tendría que decir es, tendría que tener servicio al cuarto falta esa parte ya que sumaría mucho más, se compensa por la cantidad de restaurantes que hay en la zona y por el servicio de delibery, pero considero que esa opción del servicio al cuarto es fundamental. De todas formas volvería a ir.

El baño, aunque era amplio no tenia bañera, o cual genera que la ducha moje todo el piso. Y no hay secador de piso. Mas alla de eso la habitacion bastante bien. Para pasar pocos dias esta bien.

Elegimos el hotel por el spa y la cata de vinos. Resulta que el spa se pagaba aparte y caro.. y la cata de vino no era en esa fecha. Con lo que pague de cochera y lo que tendría que haber pagado para poder usar el spa (1400$). Me alquilaba un hotel mejor y con.una ubicación más cómoda y me sobraba plata... no volvere

Local excelente, mas somente 1 funcionaria na recepção, no andar aparencia ruim das portas e paredes, inclusive com portas de quartos estragadas. Ao entrar no quarto encontrei um absorvente usado no banheiro e ao comunicar com a recepção, fui informado que iriam avisar a camareira no dia seguinte.

Hotel próximo a pontos turísticos

O hotel é limpo, sem luxo, próximo ao Centro, fomos andando a Casa Rosada, Café Teotônio, Obelisco, Teatro Colon, San Telmo ... outros locais nos licitemos de táxi é Uber. Táxi é bem barato em BA. O atendente Daniel é super prestativo, nos auxiliou tirando dúvidas da cidade e mostrando o hotel. Na mesma rua tem vários locais para tomar café da manhã caso não queira tomar café no hotel. O único ponto a desejar é o Wi-Fi q às vezes não pegava bem...

Acorde con el precio

La habitacion estaba limpia. El hotel en general lo estaba. El problema fueron dos: la ubicación e es terrible; es peligrosa,muy fea. La segunda fue la poca predisposición de la recepcionista. Fue correcta pero con tono de molestia cuando le hacíamos consultas mínimas (se puede pedir te a la habitación, como es el desayuno) por lo que decidimos no usar el Buffet del hotel para no mostrar... ni hablar de servicios de spa. No lo recomiendo.

Clean, Modern hotel in San Telmo Neighborhood

This is a nice, clean, inexpensive, modern hotel located in San Telmo Neighborhood. This neighborhood is closer to La Boca. It's safe as the front door is locked but with front desk staff 24/7 to unlock when hotel guests arrive. There is Wifi throughout the hotel, and the room is clean and modern. The hotel staff would also give you recommendations in the area if you need.
