"Fizemos uma reserva para 3 pessoas ( 1 casal e 1 criança) ao chegar não tinha o quarto disponível , ficamos em quartos separados na primeira noite ( ou seja ) alugou o triplo sem ter ! Tivemos que arrumar tudo e mudarmos no segundo dia para triplo ! O ralo do banheiro não presta alarga o quarto , no 3 dia , hotel está Reforma barulho o dia todos , além de uma das noites hóspedes terem feito barulho horríveis "

Já na recepção de chegada fomos surpreendidos com toalhas refrescantes de drink de flor da Jamaica delicioso. Não havíamos conseguido reserva o restaurante mais disputado da região mas eles com toda dedicação conseguiram uma reserva para nós, isso sem dúvida foi o Wow de uma experiência. O Hotel é lindo, super limpo e muito acolhedor. Até hoje foi o melhor lugar que nos hospedamos....

Wonderful cook preparing as guests order, so fresh made and not sitting in a warmer and breakfast is served at your table within minutes. Calle oscura, quedamos por 30 minutos esperando hasta que consiguimos contactar una persona que nos dijo que la llave estaba en el buzón. No nos comunicaran por el portal e-mail o WhatsApp. Llegamos directo del aeropuerto con hambre pero no habia nada para comprarmos y el aplicativo Rappi no hace entrega en ese barrio.
