Great food at the buffet. Rooms with a view of the marina are fantastic .walking distance to anything downtown san andres but still lacking finishing touches in a few areas. Mostly top notch spot. Would recommend again. 8.9/10

This hotel has it all, the staff is amazing. They were really nice with us from the moment we walked in. We got there early and they offered to leave our luggage in a safe place until room was ready so we can go eat or walk around. But they gave me a room quick without hesitation or early charges. Shara is one of the staff who was always with a happy smile in her face, polite and always asked if we needed something. The bar staff making them drinks on point, really good specially the morning crew in the first floor. Second shift was great too but we had more communication with early shift. The food was good too, everyday morning, afternoon and evening. The beach super close just a block away, stores, dining, the piers to do the tours wasnt far. This location was the best option. The only thing that I didnt or we didnt like is that they close the pool too early at 6:30pm and bars at 12midnight. Other than that I recommend 100%

The hotel is very good, although it is not finished, but that does not interfere with the development of what you want, which is to rest, sunbathe, eat very well, everything that is offered is what you get, the staff is very friendly They always have a smile and a good attitude towards the guest, the resetsion girls are very friendly, the man with the suitcases is the best, always very friendly, and all the restaurant staff are very friendly, in general excellent, highly recommended. I hope to return one day TOTAL THANKS

On the plus side, the windows to the balcony are super thick cutting out the majority of outside noise - which is extensive. Besides this, the room is your average 3 - 4 star hotel in America. Think Holiday Inn express or a Marriott Courtyard at best. Interior corridors at this hotel are not really air conditioned. Hot and muggy throughout the hotel. Sadly, this facility is probably one of the best on the island. Overall, San Andes is a second tier beach resort town. I don’t think there is a value of $400+ a night at this hotel. People are friendly and helpful. But if you are expecting something above a 3.5 star service, this resort and San Andrés in general is probably not for you. I have heard from the locals that Providencia is more laid back and quiet. I may try there another time.

The hotel is wonderful and the service was outstanding from beginning to the end. Live music every night in the lobby with bar opened late. Beautiful infinity pool and lovely Italian restaurant. I had an issue with the firm mattress the first night and guest services was able to switch out our mattress for a softer one! Our only issue was the the drinks at the bars were very light. I understand an all inclusive hotel wants to keep cost down. We went across the street to the liquor store to buy drinks. That was our preference and liking. And the buffet lunch and dinner foods we luke warm to cold. The breakfast was hot and delicious everyday. That was the only hiccups but the service and friendly staff outdid themselves. Super super nice time and on to remember.

It has a very good location, the food should improve a little in the buffet, the bathrooms in the rooms were not very clean, and the towels were not white, a lot of security and they served us very friendly.
