This is an awesome corner unit inside Mar y Sol. You'll find one bedroom, one bathroom with incredible views. The condo includes a pull-out sofa sleeper in the main room. Room to work remotely from the large stone counter overlooking the water. Enjoy a bbq and sitting area with umbrella for sunrise and sunsets. It's a perfect whale and mobula ray watching area.

The complex has a beautiful newly renovated pool and community area. The beach out front is a spectacular snorkeling beach! The unit includes one parking space.

Guests have full use of the property with no access to a garage.

We recommend a vehicle to see more of the area! There is room to park one vehicle in the private parking lot.

In regards to children: this is a parent choice, but we want you to know there is no pool gate or fence. It is your responsibility to watch your children.
