"The room was just OK, the door had gaps and didn't seem secure. The lobby felt like we were in the wrong place, like a back entrance. The elevators were broken, the spa was closed off. The staff were fine, but the motel felt very run down, I was embarrassed and kept apologizing to our guests. "

"For something I picked at the last minute. It was ok. But if I would have picked it in advance I would have been mad. The room was ok. Smelled ok. But did have a linger of cigarette smell. Bed was ok. Bathroom ok. But the paint was peeling from the tub that was obviously painted over. Over all ok price and and room. Like 4.5/10 Location 10/10 only cuz it’s walking distance from knotts berry farm. "
