The Address Loft Pal Str Luxury Experience for Groups

Welcome to The Address Loft - Pal Str., a spacious apartment designed for unforgettable group experiences! Located in the heart of downtown Budapest, you’ll be just steps away from public transport, grocery stores, restaurants, and a shopping mall.

This loft is the perfect venue for your next event, whether it's a birthday, family reunion, or company meeting. At 160 m², it's large enough to host groups of up to 22 guests. The living room features a huge, extendable table that seats 20, and the fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for group meals.

Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. We perform a deep disinfection after every stay and provide fresh, high-quality cotton linens for all guests.

Important Information for Your Stay
Extra Guests: Our pricing is based on a minimum of 10 guests. The loft can sleep up to 22 people. If your group is larger, please let us know at least one day before arrival. An additional fee of €25-50 per person/night will be applied.

Smoking Policy: We have a strict no-smoking policy inside the loft, but there is a designated smoking area just outside. An indoor smoking violation will incur a minimum fine of €1,000.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We’re happy to be flexible with these times if possible; just ask! Free luggage storage can also be arranged.

Noise Rules: We ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. While we want you to enjoy Budapest's incredible nightlife, any loud noise or parties in the apartment after this time is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in the immediate eviction of your entire group without a refund. We truly appreciate your understanding.
