From it's perfect location close to transport links, cafes/restaurants etc. its Spacious , comfortable rooms with everything you could need and easy communication with Hosts who were so accommodating with our stay allowing us a bit of extra time on checkout morning. "The staff are amazing in being so helpful and wanting to assist with your needs. The room was beautiful and spacious compared to the room we had on the river cruise. The breakfast had a wonderful selection of hot choices as well as fresh meats and fruits. The only downside to this hotel was the pool area, there were no staff available in the area and there were used towels left from the morning that were not picked up from the cleaning services."

"Not sure we would want to stay there in the summer as the aircon is virtually non-existent. We slept with the window open as it was cool enough outside, but it was noisy. Also, the hot water did not work one morning - the staff were unhelpful in assisting us to understand what was happening (eg did not bother to answer the phone when we called down) and no one was apologetic. On the plus side, it's a good location and the breakfast was excellent."
