"We very much enjoyed our stay. Beds are incredibly comfortable, great view and lovely neighborhood. Our only struggle with check in was the lack of a house number posted anywhere, either at the drive or on the house itself. We were arriving late at night, so really didn't want to startle anyone if we were in the wrong location!"

"Communication was very good. Driveway is dirt and gravel and due to the warm weather it was muddy in spots. Both our 4 wheel drive vehicles did fine. Many updates to kitchen and well stocked. The cabin is a little dated but clean. Beds were great. Nice big eating table and comfortable living room furniture. A coat of paint on the walls would brighten up the place and replacing the shag carpeting with wood flooring would make a big improvement. Didn’t like that the cellar didn’t have a door on the main floor but it looks like there was a wood or coal stove in the basement at one time and probably heated the whole place so that would explain the open staircase. We were very comfortable with the forced hot air. Bathrooms recently upgraded and plenty of hot water. "

"Beautiful house- they thought of every detail, toiletries in bathrooms, plenty of towels and extra blankets, beds so comfy, beautiful brand new bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Loved the game room, beautiful coffee station, hot tub and fire pit!! Highly recommend!!"

"Enjoyed our stay very much. Left a little early due to snowstorm but the time we had there was excellent. Nice touches throughout with welcome gifts and information booklet. Size was perfect for us as was the amenities. Location to Blue Mountain skiing was also great. "

"This home is in a lovely location but there are lots of issues which I shared with the host Vertesol. Worst VRBO we have stayed in with smoke alarms torn off ceiling, broken front railing, leak under sink, leaking dishwasher, very stained washcloths and towels, broken towel rack, broken blinds etc. Vertesol is accessible and easy to communicate with. The cleaners are doing a fine job, but too many broken or items needing replacement. Overall, it’s inconsistent as it’s clear some updates have been attempted. This place has potential. We stayed for a week over Thanksgiving 2025. "
