"This house is an amazing place to stay, so close to Blue Mountain ski resort. My crew and I have been booking this house for the past 12 yrs now and already planning for 2027. "Awesome warm house. Best thing - fireplace with proper ventilation and setup. Would be nice to have some wood in stock in case of power outage since propane tank uses electric pump, no diesel generator.Good kitchen setup with appliances that we used abundantly. Bathrooms are clean but can use some renovation and big minus - absence of shampoo and body wash. Could use refillable containers attached to walls. We had to use soap. Good towel service. Firepit was clean and we used it to warm up ourselves during outside hangouts in 15F degree weather. Very thoughtful placement of shoe mats to prevent snow and salt from hitting floors.Could add more wine glasses, shot glasses. Otherwise kitchen dining sets were great.Overall 5 stars, great location and house."

"We did not have time to use the hot tub unfortunately, it was perfect for our family weekend get together. The house was great. It is just as the listing described. Beds are comfortable, plenty if room for our 19 adults, 3 kids, and pets. Close to Great Wolf Lodge. We went to Koziars Christmas Village which is great and a 1 1/2 hour drive. If we get a chance we would like to rent again."

"We had a fantastic week. The home is well equipped. The property has great trails - and the trail map was really awesome. We enjoyed the fireplace, the comfy furnishings, and the game room. "

"House was very clean and had everything you needed. We didn't end up using the hot tub because it was extremely windy during our stay. Would recommend an upgrade to the pots and pans. Also, we couldn't get the k-cup portion of the coffee maker to work. Luckily, they supplied coffee and filters to make a carafe. We had a wonderfully relaxing time. The neighborhood was very peaceful."
