"Clean room. Nice staff and housekeeping. Toiletries were top notch. Received a bottle of wine for being a VIP Expedia member. Breakfast was not included. We paid approx. 950 CZK for two. If you’re able to, pay for the breakfast. Buffet was well stocked and had a great selection. Would definitely recommend."

"This hotel room attacked me with bed bugs I have bites all over me . Manager is in denial says in 30 years of managing hotels she has never had this happen. I am especially annoyed that she is lying straight up. I get it it happens it doesnt mean they are dirty or bad but at least see my body and admit it ? She took photos and all she offered was a taxi to the rail station which is 3 minutes away ."
