A beautifully put together studio, ideally located for all the key attractions in old town Prague. Close to supermarkets too with a well equipped kitchenette. Very clean and in a well maintained building.

Superbe, I cannot recommend this property any higher. Amazing central location near to everything and yet once through the doors you are in your own world of tranquility. Stylish and spacious accommodation with all you could need. Have been telling all my friends about it, so they can enjoy it. Also, very reasonable which is always a plus. Loved it! Thank you, I hope to return.

Amazing hotel find in Prague! Remote check in and support was great! I was able to leave my suitcase and explore Prague while check in time arrived. Room is brand new and in a convenient location

The decor was beautiful and checking in was straight forward. The room was spotless as were the corridors leading to the rooms. Loved the massive queen sized bed, just the right firmness and lovely quality pillows. There were the usual amenities of soap, hand lotion, body wash and shampoo. The shower head was odd, it was waist height so washing hair was a challenge! The kitchen had salt, pepper, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, a sponge and even some coffee pods for the Nespresso. There’s a Lidl round the corner and a Tesco around a 10 minute walk away. The supermarkets are catered to Czech customers but we loved the food so not a problem for us. We were able to connect our Netflix and Disney plus without issue and the WiFi also worked without issue. I did feel a little cold at times even though I had the temperature on 25 but I do easily feel the cold, my partner was fine. The location could not have been better. It was on a quiet street but a short walk to most must see tourist spots with a metro station a few minutes walk away. We loved Prague and will definitely be back and won’t hesitate to book The Botanist again!

Beautifully designed and comfortable modern room in the centre of the old city. Seamless access with a code. The only thing to mention, when booking I've seen that the same type of room comes with either bar or table sitting, I've asked for a table sitting, never got a reply and in my assigned room there was bar sitting, so had to have my coffee in armchair instead.

Great location and a cute place, but the service was terrible. No staff on-site to help with check-in—three families were left waiting outside in the cold while trying to check in online. The staff was rude and unhelpful on the phone. The WiFi password was written extremely small on a paper near the TV. The room was cold even with the heater on due to “environmentally friendly” settings. Overall, poor service ruined what could have been a great stay.

Beautiful large and comfortable apartment in a perfect location to walk everywhere. Close to the Astronomical Clock and Charles Bridge as well as the central station and modern shops. Only complaint was that there was a strong smell in the drains of the bathroom that was quite unpleasant. But overall would definitely book again.

We stayed for 3 nights around NYE 25-26 in Room 303 (1 brm comfort apartment). The “YourKey” app allowed us to access our apartment from 2:30pm which was a great bonus as we arrived early for check-in. The app also provided easy access to the building and apartment without having to dig out a code each time. The apartment itself was very clean, relatively spacious and had a well equipped kitchen. It was nice having a living room seperate from the bedroom. Everything seemed very new and in good condition. The only minor problems we experienced were the indicator light on the wifi access point (a large bright blue ring light) which lit the entire bedroom - we had to cover this to make the room dark enough to sleep. We also found the air-conditioning units quite noisy and even if you turned them off - they made a constant gurgling noise. Despite these minor issues, I’d recommend this accommodation and would stay again in future.

We booked the Apt. room and it exceeded expectations. Loaction was perfect with a short walk to the Old Town Square and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Apt. had everything we needed. Large bedroom with lots of storage and a comfortable king size bed. Had a separate living area with couch, chair and TV. Kitchen was well appointed with dining table and all amenities we needed. Bathroom was large and had everything we needed. Building was recently renovated and was very nice and safe. I can 100% recommend this hotel.

Très beau studio. Malheureusement il y avait une forte odeur de moisissures qui émanait de la salle de bain. Il n’y a pas de réception alors si vous voulez quelque chose c’est compliqué.

Absolutely phenomenal. It was aesthetic, comfortable, and directly in the heart of downtown! Communication was easy and responses were fast! I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Great place, great location. Very clean and newly refurbished property. One thing though, nobody replies the WhatsApp message nor the telephone call. Both were ignored totally. There is no luggage room, so once you are out of the room, you are forgotten.

Great central location, new, modern and beautifully decorated, cozy room. However, the guest logistics need some work. This is not a regular hotel, so there is no simple way to store your luggage if you arrive before 3pm. Your personalized code only works as of 3pm so we had to call several times and wait for someone to show up so we could store our bags with "security" . Our room smelled of terrible plumbing the entire stay. We could hear the next room's toilet as if ours was running and the water from the heater could also be heard. There isn't a closet with hanging space, only a linen type closet with shelves, no luggage rack or bench, nowhere to set toiletries in the shower. Simple conveniences you expect and do get in any hotel. I've stayed in all types of hotels in the world and I could not recommend this hotel to a friend.

Very noisy construction beginning at 7 a.m. There was an email informing us of construction a day in advance of arriving. However being awoken by drilling into concrete before 8 am was unacceptable for a hotel. Check if you can stay above the 1st floor, it may be better. The Adrez did offer to move us when I complained but we were leaving early the next morning. Besides that the hotel was wonderful. Easy to enter with the codes, online check-in, clean and newly renovated, the bed was comfortable. Having access to a well stocked kitchenette was convenient with a LIDL close by to grab groceries. The metro station is just around the corner and it's a 10 minute ride to the train/bus depot. Very close to the Old Town square with lots of restaurants and shops around. Was worried about street noise but the apartment was well sound proofed from that...just not the construction noise.
