「全てよし」

「Wonderful hotel in Turino! The staff is amazing and so helpful! Our room was huge and we had 20 ft high ceilings! Huge tall windows! Great view! Very modern and clean! The only draw back was the mattress on the bed was very hard/firm. I think this is becoming more common in Europe. But it feels like sleeping on the floor it is so hard. Being from the United States, I am used to plush, pillow soft mattresses. I had to take Tylenol and Aleve to get through the night, My legs and hips were hurting...

「クラシカルな雰囲気ですが良く手入れされていました。水回りも快適です。また、滞在２日目から急に寒くなったのですが毛布を出してくれたり、レストランの予約時の細かいリクエストもフレンドリーに答えてくれました。他の部屋も見てみたいと言うとカギを開けて空いている部屋を見せてくれたり（予約入っているからチェンジはできず）とにかくスタッフのみなさんの雰囲気がよかったです。駅からはちょっと離れていますが観光エリアからはさほど離れてないので不便はありませんでした。」

「ロケーションが良く、モダンで洗練されたインテリアと広い客室でとてもリラックスできた。 ホテルの裏通りには、レストランやバーもありとても便利。トリノに行く機会がまたあれば泊まりたい。 」

「スタッフ全員、フレンドリーでとても良い。 朝食も豪華です。コロナ前8日間宿泊して、今回 とても楽しみにしてました。変わらず、素晴らしい時間ありがとうございました。 トリノでは、必ず行きます。」
