「Although the staff is nice, the facilities are very ancient. They should be upgraded immediately. The operator ignores necessary investments.」

「The staff stood out as everyone from the front desk to the housekeepers and the breakfast lady went out of their way to greet and ask about any concerns. The room amenities were a little disappointing, but the overall experience distanced that. I think you will pay much less than a full service hotel with their upgraded amenities, but the price difference equals or exceeds the slightly different amenities provided by a much more expensive hotel.」

「Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean,spacious,and comfortable. Most of all, we LOVED the regular size pillows rather than the tiny squares in many other hotels. We slept late and on weekdays breakfast is served till 9:30 but we missed it. Highly recommend this hotel. Lobby smelled so good I had to ask what air freshener they were using!」
