ブルージュには1泊だけ。値段も高めで悩んだホテルでしたが泊まって良かったです。 お部屋も可愛くて窓から見える運河の景色もブルージュらしさ満点で最高。朝食も焼きたてのワッフルやオムレツなどどれも美味しく優雅な時間を過ぎせました。 チェックインの時、何処からいらしたんですか？と聞かれ 日本からですと言うと、「こんにちは」と日本語でスタッフに挨拶されてとても感じが良かったです。 またブルージュに来た時には泊まりたいホテルです。

ブルージュ中心部の運河沿い１等地に立つホテルでした。 部屋の窓から臨む運河の景観が最高でした。 建物は古く歴史を感じさせます。 そのため使い勝手の悪い部分もありますが、それを凌駕するオススメホテルと思います。

場所は中心地。古い住居を改造した、運河沿いのステキな場所。絵葉書の風景にもなっていた。

最高のおもてなし
ブリュージュのガイドブックや絵葉書等で何度も拝見してた憧れのホテルに宿泊できました。 お部屋の窓からは運河が見渡せ、船で行き交う人を見ることができました。水鳥の姿も時おり見られます。 お部屋全体が趣あるクラシックな木製で統一されており、窓やトイレのドアなどは留め具に皮が使われているところもあります。全ての作りがしっかりとしているので安心できました。窓が運河に向かって大きく作られているので、お部屋が明るいです。 洗面台や室内のテーブルは大理石でしたし、ベッドの足元にはルイ・ヴィトンのフットレストが置かれています。 また、コンシェルジェも素晴らしい方々でした。いつも笑顔で親切に対応してくださいました。 朝食も数種類のハム、パン、果物、ヨーグルト、ジュース等の他に、作りたての卵料理、好みに合わせたコーヒーが提供され十分に満足できた上に、デザートのワッフル。日本でいただくワッフルよりは固くバターが効いていました。チョコレート、アイスクリーム、生クリームが贅沢な一品でした。ウェイトレスの方の笑顔も最高でした。 大満足の滞在のあと、チェックアウトの際にクッキーまでいただきました。 日本語での「ありがとう。さようなら」も忘れられません。 最高のおもてなしに感謝の一日となりました。

部屋は決して広いとは言えませんが、十分にくつろぐことができました。 スタッフのホスピタリティも、非常に良かったです。 ホテルは、ブルージュ中心部に立地しています。 少しだけですが、横道にそれているので、町の騒音はほぼ聞こえません。 ホテル玄関前からは、運河が綺麗に見え、中世の世界に迷い込んだような雰囲気です。 敷地内に駐車場があると表示がありますが、実際は、ホテルから離れています。 公共駐車場の方が近くにあるため、私たちは公共の駐車場を利用しました。 ホテルの方に聞けば、どちらも案内してくれます。 公共駐車場の方が安く（24時間10ユーロぐらい）、次の日もとめておけるので、結果的には良かったです。

ロマンティックなホテル
おとぎの国に迷い込んだかのようなロマンティックで可愛らしいホテルでした。ロケーションも抜群で、観光にも買い物にもとても便利でした。サービスの方たちもとても感じ良かったです。デラックスツインのお部屋に泊まりましたが、バスタブはありませんでした。それと、冷蔵庫がなかったのが少し不便でした。

シャンパン付き朝食
古い建物内を、近代的に、清潔にしていて、安心して過ごせました。客1人1人の顔を覚えてくれる丁寧な接客です。シャンパン付き朝食は、もちろん高めですが、休日の演出として満足できました。唯一、ロマンチックな場所なのに、ホテルの横にあやしげな店があるのが、不愉快ではありませんが不思議です。

Lovely old historic hotel. Nice but small rooms, but that’s to expect. The service outstanding. Super boutique hotel in a prime location. It doesn’t get any better then this. The only draw back is that the tiny lobby sitting area only holds 4 to 6 so each time we wanted sit for after dinner before going upstairs it was full of other guests and was difficult to share the space.

This was an amazing stay in a beautiful city. Each staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The room was charming and well appointed. Breakfast overlooking the canal was the best way to start the day. Great location close to the city center.

The Hotel was super cute. Right on the Canal. Rooms were large and well appointed. The movie In Bruges (Colin Farrell) was filmed in the breakfast room. Fun to dine at the exact table as the movie. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

I never write reviews, but in this case I had to because this was the most wonderful hotel experience I ever had. The attentiveness of the staff was second to none. The storybook location and room made this a stay to remember.

An absolutely unrivalled location overlooking the central canal basin, at the centre of the historic city. Reputed to be the oldest hotel in the city with charm to match. Rooms are well appointed, some with canal views. Lovely canal side breakfast room. Added bonus is free coffee and tea, as well as wifi and tv with good selection of channels including Netflix, etc. Not inexpensive but well worth it!

Great location and beautiful premises. Has a view to the canal and it’s an easy walk to the main square and tower. Staff (in particular Tatiana) was very helpful and friendly.

Wonderful location and excellent ambiance staying in the oldest hotel in Bruges. It was very cool and we had a wonderful stay. Really enjoyed the whole town of Bruges.

A beautiful small hotel in the middle of what must be one of the most romantic cities in the world. The fact that we stayed in the very room featured in the movie In Bruges added to the wonderful experience.

The best hotel I have ever visited. It was spotless and they gave us a wonderful room with the best view. From one of our windows you can see the canal. There was a safe in the room, water and everything you need for a great time in Bruges. If you have large luggage as I did, my advice is to take a taxi, because the wheels of the luggage will be ruined because of the stones of the street. When I managed to arrive to the hotel, the experience was wonderful, and to take the train back, the hotel helped us with a cab (€10 to go to the train station) I will always come back because of the wonderful staff the hotel has. Thank you everyone for a marvelous experience

Beautiful old hotel. Staff was incredible!!! Elevator was out, but they did everything possible to make up for it. We would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants an interesting, beautiful hotel in a fantastic location with an unbelievable staff.

Service was very friendly and excellent. Location could not be better, in center of town, 2 blocks from Market Square. Ask for a peek at the room used for the movie "In Bruges" which was filmed at this hotel.
