I love everything about the property, especially the front. This is staff name, Mr. Julian and of course the coffee in the morning was a plus in a nice quiet neighborhood with bunch of stores and goodies around it food clothing anything you want and basically is like 10 minute to the grand place we love it

Booked a single room based on what was presented (pictured) on website. Called a shoebox for the single room. The room was actually a dressed up basement with bath ensuite…twin bed against whitewashed brick walls. NOT THE ROOM SHOWN on Expedia site. Complained and showed this to receptionist. Had her manipulate the website on my phone and sure enough… wrong picture! Said she’d bring this up to management!! I felt so enclosed ( am not claustrophobic) and I would not have booked the room had the right picture and write-up been correctly featured. Also complained about bathroom floor. Wrong tiles installed. Very slippery. I did slip and no shower bar to hold on to. Luckily I did not get hurt. Also notified receptionist. Breakfast was a choice of 3 menus. Well priced. Other than the kind of room I got, place was clean and well located.

Nice enough little hotel and the staff were excellent and the location was good. Comfy bed and the only niggles that I had were the ironing board and the TV didn't get a reception but I was only there for a couple of days so no huge problem. I would definitely consider staying there again the next time I am in Brussels

The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and welcoming. It’s in a good location, a ten minute walk from Gare du Midi and five minutes from Grand Place. We didn’t try the breakfast and didn’t need the air conditioning. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
