"On first impressions I was surprised that what I thought I’d booked was a hotel and had the usual expectations of a standard reception check-in. Only when I arrived it was apparent that it’s a self check in. You had to read 1 email to find the entrance code then find another with details of what room you’ve been allocated. My email with these details went into my junk, I had to call up to sort this out. However this was done quickly. After a long, tiring day, I could have done without it....
