"The hotel is very central located near lots of bars, cafes & restaurants. We arrived early in the morning due to an early flight and the staff allowed us to drop off our bags as we went to explore Belfast. As soon as our room was available the reception staff called to let us know the room was ready. This was several hours earlier than the standard 3pm check in. Our room was a good size with a work station and chair and couch. Due to the unusually high temperatures the room was very warm and the there was no air-conditioning. The hotel staff did supply desk fan and sheets to replace the duvet which helped a bit but it was unusually warm weather. We were attending one of the concerts held at Custom Square which was a 5 minute walk from the hotel which was perfect. We ate in the hotel restaurant and were impressed with the food. The mac and cheese portions are huge. We had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely go back to stay again."
