The Old Library is situated in the heart of the charming seaside town of Brora. This historic three-story stone house retains many original features. As the meeting room for the town library, the public meeting to agree the formation of the now renowned championship Brora Golf Course was held here in 1891. This fantastic golf course is only 10-15 minutes from the property, make sure you bring your golf clubs! Brora is situated on the increasingly popular North Coast 500 route, renowned for its stunning scenery and numerous places of interest. In the immediate locality is the Brora golf course, within easy walking distance. Clynelish and Brora Distilleries are world renowned and offer fascinating tours to visitors. Brora is also situated on the John o Groats trail, which follows the coast for miles and provides superb walks with the chance to spot seals, dolphins and numerous bird life along the way. Brora’s large sandy beach is just a short walk away. Beach ½ mile.
