"Good buffet breakfast, rooms are clean but small, staff very nice and helpful. Good place to stay in Romford."

"Off the beaten path! Not close to the train station and eating establishments which made it a little challenging. "

"Lack of amenities. There was no intercom or phone for calling reception. Booked two rooms and it was interconnected but asked team several time to unlock door which they kept giving excuses. The time of booking asked for smoking room whereas they gave us non smoking room. Great thing was parking was free and available."

"The rooms were very clean and the staff were very polite and friendly. Don’t really think it’s for any children but perfect for couples. There is lots of food shops nearby. Location is close to the train station which you can go anywhere. Overall great stay"
