"The outside was not very clean. There were cigarette butts all over the place and somebody spilled something sticky right by the door and it was not cleaned up in two days."

"When we were there, our floor, including our room smelled of feces. We checked other floors and they didn’t smell like that. We asked the front desk for assistance and they told us to just run the water. It did not help. We asked for other rooms, they said they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate that. They did not do anything to assist, nor did they provide anything to comp us for the terrible smell on our floor and in our rooms, except give us an air freshener spray, but only when we asked. We will never stay there again."

"I would have given 5 stars but there was so much “hall noise” all night long with people coming and going and dogs barking that it kept interrupting our sleep. We felt more like we were sleeping in a form. The hotel staff was awesome, and you can’t beat the location. Food in the pub area was really good! "
