「TV did not work person at front desk said he had “no idea“ how to fix it same person had no idea what the hours for the fitness center or pool were and just looked at his phone while I was talking to him toilet bowl was filled with black mold. There was hair on the floor of the bathroom when I came in extremely disappointing and strongly. Do not recommend this hotel.」

「Brittany at the front desk was very helpful. First of all I will stay in a room where my key card didn’t work and she had to go upstairs every time to let me in. She went above and beyond I for sure will stay here again.」
