「The host was quick to respond to questions and the property was amazing! I definitely recommend waking up early enough to watch the sunrise over the mountains from the porch!」

「Super clean and great location. I would say even better than we expected! Sad we weren't able to stay longer but worked out perfectly for a quick wedding guest place to stay.」

「Great stay. Everything you could ever need. Hosts are very gracious and accommodating. Overall wonderful stay, and great place to stay when you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life!」

「Very beautiful renovated home. Beautiful kitchen and bedrooms. You can feel and appreciate the historic atmosphere of the home. The fresh flowers were a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.」

「Such a cute and cozy cabin! Had a blast basing out of here for our Valentine's ski weekend. The hot tub was an added bonus for soothing our skiing aches.」

「We came for my nephews wedding. The host allowed us to come at as t 2;instead of 4:since the wedding was at ,4. The place was clean and we comfortable we ith lots of treats that we didn't take adva in rage if.」

「This is a breath taking property. There was plenty of room for our 7 adults and 2 kids and the direct access to the river was by far the best part of our stay. My only constructive criticism would be focusing on the cleanliness of the hot tub and that not all of the tubes, kayaks and paddles were usable, but we made do. Overall, this lovely place and would recommend!」

「The river view was beautiful, but easier access would have been better. It is a lot steeper than pictures show. The fire pit area was nice, but loose gravel made it very slippery if you got too close to the edge of slope. Overall, this house is perfect for families. The bedrooms are spacious and each has a private bathroom. Six adults and four kids had plenty of room. TVs are in each room, as well. The screened in porch is very large with a dining area and TV area with couches.Would...

「Pallabi was fantastic to work with, clear communication and quick responses. Our family had such a lovely visit with our friends here and enjoyed all the amenities. The check in and check out process was the easiest I have had yet. This property is great for kids and adults. We would absolutely stay here again!」

「The house was secluded and quiet. It was clean and well maintained. We loved having the pool on the very hot days.」

「This was our second stay at the Hobbit House, and it was just what we needed. All we did was relax on the screened-in porch, relax in the hot tub, and relax watching movies. It was perfect in every way. The Hobbit House was spotlessly clean, comfy, cozy, and just a delight to visit. Will definitely want to stay again/100」

「Lovely location on the river. Fire pit, screened shelter overlooking the river, hot tub, sauna. Pool table and tv room in a separate building, keeps noise out of the house. Didn't spend the extra 300 to heat the pool, instead went to the water park. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our family of 10. Kitchen and cooking supplies were good. Water pressure in the kitchen sink was very low, but the dish washer worked fine. Wifi was good. Variety of coffee makers.ALL IN ALL A VERY NICE STAY.」

「Very beautiful and relaxing trip! Only suggestion I would have would be to add protection on the spiral staircase. Hitting your head on the edge isn’t fun. Very responsive host and very beautiful location」

「The property is in a quiet cul-de-sac with high vaulted ceilings and windows overlooking tall trees, creating a peaceful atmosphere. I stayed in July during a heat wave, but the AC worked well. For those traveling with infants, the property offers a crib, high chair, and toys, making it easier to pack light. The comfortable patio provides a lovely mountain view, although we couldn't use it much due to the weather. The spacious and clean bedrooms add to the comfort. It’s also conveniently located...

「Perfect location for a family trip! Plenty of on-site activities and space for everyone. 18 guests, 3 generations - we loved it!」
