「I only stayed for one night, but thought my one night was fabulous. Check in was easy. Serena was absolutely lovely & very welcoming. I was a late check in & she was kind enough to offer me a sandwich. Room was ideal for me. The decor is as good as it looks in the pictures and the room is extremely clean and cozy. The bed amazingly comfortable. The bar was busy & reasonably loud, however, didn't affect me in my room. Would stay again.」
「Great stay at this hotel. Staff were always very friendly and helpful especially on our arrival date helping us store our luggage before check in. The room was huge compared by London standards. We had a separate living room that we used for a pullout bed. The room also had a kitchen with fridge and microwave which was super helpful. It also had a small dining table. 「If you don’t take the wrong exit at Aldgate East, it’s a 5-minute walk, so it’s convenient. However, the area didn’t feel very safe. I trusted the Hyatt brand when making the reservation, but the hotel was smaller than I expected. The room was clean, but I could hear noise from the hallway. At check-in, they gave me a room on the top floor, which was a nice touch of consideration.」
"We stayed here for our wedding photo shoot. The receptionist was very kind, and the room was clean and comfortable. Since it was a special occasion, perhaps they even upgraded our room? We had a partial view of Tower Bridge from the room, which made our stay even more special.
Although London Bridge Station is a bit of a walk, it’s manageable, especially if you're sightseeing along the way. If you have heavy luggage or a large suitcase, it might be a bit of a challenge, but overall we had a wonderful time at this lovely hotel.
