「Extremely clean and comfortable apartment perfect for 2 people. Very well located for Brixton Academy where we were going for a gig also very close to the tube. Shortly arrival we noticed that the fridge wasn’t working but luckily Desmond from maintenance just happened to be in the building visiting another apartment at the time and came to check and got it working for us, he was very helpful and friendly we also received a follow up email from Your Apartment team that evening to check that...

「Brand new building, lovely and clean and a fabulous stay, once I found it and got checked in that is. Building is called ‘Moda’ for those looking for it and you need to check in online before arrival but I received no word from the company. The man on the front desk was very helpful, but if he wasn’t there I would have been completely stuck! 」

「This apartment is in an excellent location for the tube. Nice views of the River Thames with the riverwalk right there. It was a very safe location. The apartment was comfortable and clean. It was nice having some space vs staying in a hotel room. The washing machine was a great amenity. I would recommend staying at this location!」

「No contact from the hosts whatsoever with access details. Made countless phone calls to them...no answer!
Very annoyed, had to book a hotel at last minute which was extra expense which we didnt need!

「This was a very homey stay in the heart of london. There was easy access to the city with buses and a tube station a short walk away. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. We made dinner in the kitchen several nights and there was all the equipment we needed. The space definitely felt lived in, but it was reasonably clean and comfortable. Clean towels and sheets. I stayed with my husband and our three young children and it was just enough space for our family. 」

「Shame on Expedia for not refunding the amount. We did not stay at the hotel. The place said they would send information, which they didn’t. We arrived with our two tired kids and called Expedia because the host did not answer calls, texts or What’s App messages. Then we got texts from another number that stated the room was not clean but we could stay there. A person came out and said her room was filthy. The host on What’s App said they would refund the money but would not pick up when Expedia...
