「The property is listed as an entire apartment - IT IS NOT. This property is a shared house kind of property. There are six rooms in the property with ONE shower for everyone to use. Despite the appealing pictures, the reality is quite different. The shower cubicle is broken, leading to a flooded bathroom every time it's used. The kitchen needed to be cleaned. 「I messaged this property as instructed and called several times to receive the access code necessary to enter the premises however I did not receive any response and was therefore left to book a last-minute hotel at great cost to myself. The property itself did not inspire confidence, as it looked like the outside of someone’s house with no signage to indicate it was reputable establishment to stay in. 「I would strongly discourage anyone from booking with this host, as you could lose your money like I did. I booked a two-night stay at this apartment and, upon arrival, called the number provided to obtain the access details. Unfortunately, nobody answered. I spent several hours outside the property repeatedly calling and received no response whatsoever. With no way to access the apartment I had paid for, I was eventually forced to find and pay for alternative accommodation. I raised the issue...

「The flat is well located near the northern and victoria lines. The neighborhood is nice.The flat is in somewhat poor maintenance. The kitchen sink is cranky, the dishwasher have seen better days. Lighting is poor.The property was listed as having a washing machine and a dryer which it doesn't. The owner and the cleaning lady kindly to let us use the downstairs flat washing machine.There was only one key which the owner claimed was the fault of previous guests, but from other reviews it appears...

「The place is tiny but has a lot to offer especially in the Brixton area. I had no complaints about the space. There is no TV, but I’m usually not interested in that when traveling anyway. The kitchen at was nice and the access and security of the location were perfect.」

「We did not stay the night at the property as the listing didn't mention the fact that we didn't have an ensuite and we would have had to go to a separate toilet and bathroom in the night and still remember the smart code for the door which was unacceptable for my wife who is almost 80. The host argued it was clear that the facilities were separate and if given a chance would have booked us into a flat with ensuite but this was too late as we already had left to find alterative accommodation...
