「We came on a Monday and left on the Friday. The cottage was well appointed with the perfect amount of amenities to make our stay pleasant. The kitchen had everything we needed. The king bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a heated floor. The location is minutes from stores, restaurants and is easy to get to. We will be back when we come back up here. 」

「Perfect little cottage! 」

「Husband I had a lovely time exploring the southern MA and RI coastal towns, eating fresh seafood, and visiting with family. The cottage was the perfect home base, close to the beach, walking trails, and ocean air. Clean and tidy too!」

「Came here with 7 ladies for a bachelorette and we had the best time. It is such a great location with so many things in close driving distance. The home was absolutely beautiful and clean. The only complaint we had was the kitchen lacking some necessary items like a colander and an additional baking sheet. Other than that we had 0 complaints! Would definitely stay again. 」

「Property was lovely, just what we needed for a long weekend getaway. Owner was super nice as well! Especially enjoyed the hot tub 😁. Thank you Steve!!」

「This cottage is a pleasant retreat from the hectic day to day life. No television but pleasant evening music is more than enough. Morning sun is glorious rising through the trees. You are surrounded by ice cream shops, farmers markets, song birds. The town won't let you use their beaches, so the state beach is your best choice. Go and enjoy!」

「I saw reviews saying there was no AC. We had no issues. In fact our room was freezing, LOL. We loved it! We wanted a place just to stay the night, we knew we wouldn’t be in the hotel for very long. I was so impressed by the location! It is so close to everything. I had never been to Rhode Island before, but booked a bunch of dinners that were recommended 2 months ago. We were right next to all of them! I mean literally nextdoor neighbors to one of the restaurants and within 5 min walk to all...
