Reviewer Comments:
Very comfortable home in a great location! Beds are comfy, house was tidy. Loved it! A couple of issues, and one is a big issue, the wifi did not work 99% of the time. We were lucky if we got a quick go of it randomly a few times, but otherwise we had to sit in the front yard or walk down the road. Not an issue if you don’t need it, but we did and it’s listed as having wifi. The other thing is that because of that the tv didn’t get anything other than DTV. Which was annoying for the nights we wanted to cuddle up and watch a movie. The point is, it’s advertised as having it and it really doesn’t.There was no salt, luckily we took our own. Usually these houses have the basics - salt, pepper, oil, paper towel. Our only other issue, is not with the house but with Straddie sales & rentals. We have never had to pay for the barge on top of the house before, we go every year, now it’s not included. This added a huge about on top of our holiday. I was very annoyed about this and was very tempted to cancel the whole thing. It’s not said anywhere that it’s not included, the staff even said it was their fault for not telling us, and still we had to pay and book it ourself. Very terrible.
