Your private guest suite is attached to the main house but features a separate private entrance ensuring independence and privacy throughout your stay, you will have your full access to your private guest suite.
The host’s carport is located in front of the guest suite’s and the host’s vehicle will be parked there during your stay.
This does not affect your private entrance or access to the suite. The guest suite remains fully self-contained and independent.

We respect our guests’ privacy and understand that a comfortable stay often means having your own space.

Self check-in: Guests can check in independently via a lockbox; we send the access code on the morning of check-in.

Available for assistance: We are just a message or phone call away if you need help, local recommendations, or have any questions during your stay.

Discreet hosting: We do not enter the studio during your stay unless in case of emergency or by prior arrangement.

Our goal is to provide a private, hassle-free stay while remaining responsive and supportive whenever you need us.

Please note that this guest suite does not include a full kitchen or stovetop, and cooking is not permitted inside the room.

For your convenience, the suite is equipped with a microwave, toaster, and coffee machine, suitable for light meals and breakfast preparation.

There are no laundry facilities available on-site.


🚗 Parking Arrangement
The carport area in front of the guest suite is used for the host’s vehicle. Please note that the vehicle may be parked there during your stay.

Your private entrance and access to the suite remain separate and uninterrupted.
🚗 Only Street Parking is avaible Spaces, please do not park on the driveway to the right of the studio, as it belongs to our neighbour.

🧳 Check Your Belongings
Before leaving, please check all bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas carefully and make sure you have taken all personal belongings with you. We are unable to store or keep track of items left behind, and any belongings remaining after check-out may be disposed of.
💡 Turn Off Lights & Air Conditioning
Please switch off all lights and air-conditioning units before leaving the property.
🗑️ Rubbish
Please place all rubbish in bags and dispose of it in the designated bins. This helps our cleaning team prepare the home efficiently for the next guests.
🛏️ Please Do Not Strip the Beds
There is no need to remove sheets, pillowcases or other bed linen. Please leave the beds as they are for our cleaning team.
🧹 Leave the Home Reasonably Tidy
Please leave the property in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. Excessive rubbish, unusual mess or cleaning required beyond a standard turnover may result in additional cleaning charges where applicable.
